allow functionality to use BETA with real cases and push specific audit reports to LIVE

It should be possible to copy certain audit reports in BETA to LIVE.
In this way, changes that are to be tested for BETA can be used with real cases (productive data) and, if desired, transferred to LIVE in order to save time for the CB.
