Specify if any product in the scope has "Open non-conformance", "Self-declared suspension" and "Sus

Given that all product statuses except Annulled and Not Confirm shall be taken into consideration while prefilling product data in AOH, a new setting should be added to specify if any product in the scope has "Open non-conformance", "Self-declared suspension", and "Suspended" status. By doing this, the system would be letting know CBs that the auditor consciously carried out the audits over a product without evidence of corrective actions.
