Implement "Submit to Validation Service" Button

The possibility to create a certificate in Validation Service directly in AOH from an audit report at the
push of a button should be implemented. This way the audit data from AOH get’s pre-filled in VS, so
that the user can continue finalizing the certificate in VS after clicking the button.
This shall apply to Smart audits (aka v6)
